While it is Brazil’s largest coffee-producing state, regions within it produce remarkably different cup profiles. Cerrado Mineiro, located in the west and northwest of Minas Gerais, is known for its elevated plateaus around 1,200 meters above sea level, dry winters, and highly organized coffee cultivation. These conditions support slow, even cherry maturation and contribute to coffees with structure, sweetness, and clarity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis lot is processed using the pulped natural method,  where the skin is removed before drying while preserving part of the fruit mucilage.
